Our Services
Three Services, Each Clearly Defined
Bekal Wangsa offers three distinct services for pension matters in Malaysia — from a single advisory session through to complete handling of a dispute. Each has a fixed fee and a defined scope, agreed in writing before work begins.
Back to HomeHow We Work
Our Methodology
Review Your Position
We begin by reviewing the documents you have received — decision letters, contribution records, or correspondence — to understand the full picture before recommending a course of action.
Agree the Scope in Writing
Once the right service is identified, a written fee agreement sets out exactly what will be done, the fixed cost, and the expected timeline. Nothing proceeds without your signature.
Handle and Report
Work proceeds with written updates after each significant step. You retain full oversight; nothing is submitted without your prior approval.
Service 01
Complete Matter Handling from First Letter to Conclusion
The office takes over all correspondence and representation in a pension dispute, including gathering records from employers and administrators, preparing submissions, attending hearings, and reporting back after each step. Intended for clients who would rather not manage the paperwork themselves, and for families supporting a relative who finds the process tiring. All fees are agreed in writing before work starts and no step is taken without approval.
- Full correspondence management with pension bodies
- Records gathering from employers and administrators
- Submission preparation and hearing attendance
- Written update after each significant development
- Family member may be included with written consent
RM 625
Fixed fee · 6–12 months typical
Service 02
Appeal Drafting and Evidence Preparation
Preparation of a written appeal where a client intends to submit it in their own name. This includes analysis of the decision letter, selection and ordering of supporting evidence, and drafting of the submission with the client's own account included in their words. The office explains plainly where the evidence is strong and where it is thin. Two to four weeks, with one revision round included.
- Decision letter analysis with plain-language notes
- Evidence selection and logical ordering
- Client's own account included in their words
- One revision round at no additional cost
- Honest assessment of the strength of the position
RM 405
Fixed fee · 2–4 weeks
Service 03
Advisory Session with Written Summary
A single meeting reviewing a client's pension position, the correspondence they have received, and the options open to them — followed by a short written summary posted or emailed within three working days. The summary is written for the client to keep and share with family. It states clearly where doing nothing is a reasonable choice. Available at the Seremban office or by video.

- Written summary within 3 working days
