When you use the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, telephone number (if provided), and any message content you submit. Cookies and basic usage analytics may also be collected — see Section 5.
Legal basis: We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (when you contact us or engage our services), and where processing is necessary for the performance of a legal services agreement with you.
Retention: Client matter files are retained for seven years after the conclusion of a matter, in line with standard legal practice. Website enquiry data is retained for twenty-four months unless a client relationship follows from the enquiry, in which case the above retention period applies.

- Responding to enquiries submitted through the contact form or by telephone
- Assessing and advising on your pension matter
- Preparing written summaries, appeal documents, and submissions on your behalf

Third-party disclosure: We may share your information with pension administrators, the Employees Provident Fund Board, SOCSO, or the relevant government department, but only to the extent required to progress your matter. We may also share information with a family member you have nominated in writing.

- Physical case files are stored in locked cabinets within the office premises, with access limited to staff working on your matter
- Digital records are held on password-protected systems with access controls
- Email communications involving sensitive personal or case information are encrypted where technically supported
- Staff are trained on confidentiality obligations and data handling procedures
- In the event of a data breach that is likely to cause harm, affected individuals and the relevant authority will be notified without undue delay
